My Fitness
Monte Williams, then head coach of the Phoenix Suns, is credited with saying "Everything you want is on the other side of hard." I proudly take that to heart and find no better way to engage in hard activities than through physical challenges.
Though playing college football instilled in me a need to work out and stay in shape, I have since taken up different physical challenges and look forward to the many hurdles that stand in my future.

Marathon
After six months of training, starting by just running one mile/day, I was able to finish the 2021 Red Rock Marathon - 26.2 miles of lonely asphalt and 3,000 feet of elevation gain.
70.3 IronMan
Another Bucket List challenge, I was able to complete the 70.3 IronMan in Tempe, AZ alongside my good buddy, Wyatt Skurski. 1.2 miles swimming, 56 miles on the bike, and 13.1 miles running was definitely the toughest physical challenge I had accomplished to date.
4x4x48
Made famous by Navy Seal David Goggins, this challenge required me to run 4 miles, every 4 hours, for 48 hours straight. This was the biggest test of discipline and mental toughness I had ever taken up, and wouldn't have been able to complete it if it wasn't for my incredible fitness community.
